About being in a tribe: Conflicts (Kaunas)

This event is intended for everyone who has their own tribe and faces conflicts in the tribe. Mantas Gricius, a tribal member, facilitator, psychologist, will be the host of the event.

 Participation is relevant if:

 - You feel that there are unspoken tensions in the tribe.

 - You are annoyed by a person or what is happening in the tribe, but you do not want unnecessary conflicts or tension.

 - You see that conflicts in the tribe are destructive and do not lead to communication.

The purpose of the meeting: to theoretically and practically discuss how to communicate more successfully in case of mutual differences. We believe that it is important to create such a discussion space and it will help the tribes to survive and the members to experience the greatest benefits of the tribe.

 What are we going to do:

 - We will remember what we were taught about conflicts in the tribe course, about differences and how important they are in the growth and activities of the group;

 - We will discuss what to do with that inconvenience, internal discomfort, tension arising from differences;

 - We will check what conflict resolution strategies we usually use;

 - We will analyze your brought situations or simulate possible ones;

 - We will discuss other important issues of tribal relations.
